Welcome

If you're interested in conscious living, then likely you're just as equally interested in Zen but simply not knowingly interested.

Usually Zen is associated with Japanese culture and religious or Buddhism practice, but true Zen (or at least the way this site uses the term) is emphasizing the value of conscious living.

Zen and conscious living come together and go hand-in-hand. Hence, conscious living without Zen is a huge oversight and vice-versa because these are not two.

"Conscious Flex: Zen & Conscious Living" is designed to offer a partnership of how these seemingly two are actually one movement.

Zen is the foundational spaciousness or presence from which conscious living derives. In the same manner that an artist, inventor or intuitive actions come from the stillness in the silence of non-movement.

In other words, Zen is a resting in the powerful space of not thinking about thought, not doing anything about doing, not trying to be the solver or understander, the knower collector but simply allowing the intelligence of life to flow through you and as you.

What is described can be thought of as meditation or accessing our intuition, but it's actually just natural living.

Often you will see kids in a natural resting space or presence and we tell them "snap out of it" because we think they are in "lala land" or "fantasy land" and not paying attention but actually they are simply being completely present with what is. It's natural to just rest and be, that's the flow from which insight and wisdom arises from.

Hence, conscious living is also the natural flow of how life organically expands upon itself. Consequently, conscious living is Zen living, when it's pure and without conceptual overlays.

Enjoy!
  • Two Worlds: Part 7 Intuition Process

In the Two Worlds series article (Two Worlds: Part 6), I mentioned that the mind is just a slow decision making process, but intuition is a decision making process that is not limited like the mind. Not only is the intuition process immediate, but also every decision is accurate, precise and exact because of the infinite information available within the process.

How does one bring intuition forward as the main decision making process? There are many ways to do this, but first it is important to notice the extreme differences between the two-decision processes.

Intuition is the energy of you in which remembers who you really are, the infinite potential. Intuition is the door to the universal knowledge of everything; once that door opens, a flow of “ringing truth” will reveal itself to you. Hence, the reason when reading something for the first time, it has a familiar ring of truth.

The mind on the other hand is the energy that is narrow and limiting in a small tiny box of restricted perspective. The mind is the part of you that stimulates useless fears and directs you to put a limit on the consciousness. The mind is defenseless when compared to the intuition, for the reason that the very existence of the mind thrives on outer results and the intuition comes forth through the infinite knowledge from within.

That is why one way to bring intuition forward, is to expand the minds perspective past its comfort level, by having it make decisions that have nothing to do with personal outer results and everything to do with the core of your being. Bringing out intuition is only a process of bringing out more of who you really are and a key way of finding out who you are is to focus, create, develop, and expand more of who you know yourself to already be. For that reason, living your passion is an excellent way of expanding past the mind. Passion is a key to understanding yourself and opening yourself into new understandings, as you go through this unfolding process with purpose.

When you live your life with purpose, you create passion. Yet if you knew the purpose of the universe, life, and the process then it would make things completely understandable. You would know better how to serve yourself and others within that purpose context. I see purpose in stages as a series of events and these stages track back billion of years ago that all are leading to one result. When looking into the past you can discover the future with more accuracy then most would admit. Hence the saying “history is always repeating itself”, but not in the way the majority would assume. History is a mark that represents an invitation to see a blueprint in the universe and a way to follow with the pattern to accelerate it into the direction it is moving. The universe has been operating in a very precise manner from the beginning of time and we are very close to seeing the results. However first we must go through a stage that is coming up very soon. This stage is easy to see the closer it gets. This stage is asking us to come together in order to survive as human beings. I wrote an article here explaining how this system works.

Nonetheless, the only way to come together is to leave the mind (also known as ego/ puppet/ working inside the dream) behind. As I pointed out in Two Worlds: Part 2 the first step is to keep the mind (also known as ego/ puppet/ working inside the dream) around for balance purpose only as it fades into the background. Once you understand this process, the next step is to leave it behind completely. Through a series of events, it will happen for the reason that this is where histories blueprint has been taking us the whole time through stages. We are now at another stage that is necessary in order to experience infinite potential.

If you have not taken the opportunity to read the article explaining the system please do so now because I am going to expand on it more. Although it may look like an imperfect universe, everyone together is helping to create and produce the same exact result, but many are unconscious of this governed plan and even that is part of the perfect process too because if everyone knew what was really going on then we would not reach our destination. All the so-called ‘evils’ and ‘bads’ in this world are acting exactly precise to the plan. Every one of the ‘cancer’ pieces have a purpose and perfectly accurately do exactly what is needed to reach the universes goal in reaching infinite potential.

The mind has always caused ‘problems’ because of the limits it puts on the consciousness. As I revealed in the last post, the mind makes out patterns in objects by spotting differences/similarities through first separating you from everything else and drawing ideas about who you are for the reason of making decisions. What happens when the differences/similarities patterns cause an interruption, overload, or malfunction? More often then not, the mind starts throwing itself through a loop and with nothing to replace the decision process it causes excessive faulty choices and delusional judgments. The first stages of this happening come in a form known as worry, anxiety, or stress. There is medication to treat such things, but it does not treat the root of the problem, it is only a temporary fix. Eventually it progresses and you get crimes like vandalism, violence, murders, cults, suicidal tendencies (at this level of suicidal, the mind develops depression. My conclusion to depression is that once you change your mind, you stop depression) and other extreme behaviors. Think on this deeply and you will see the same pattern, but my point is to notice what these actions have done. I feel the most obvious is the 9/11 event, no matter the source, the conclusion result was human beings coming together. I see human beings coming together all over the planet. Do you consider this process of coming together would have happened with out these events? Do you see these events had a purpose in the perfection of a perfect universe?

Everyone has their place in this universe and everyone has a choice which part they play through every choice they make. Which piece in the play do you choose to take a part in this process? My choice to be consciously aware of the universal plan to experience infinite potential and in doing so, I make it my responsibility to share what I recognize with everyone I can. Unconscious people will always be around no matter what I do (weeds grow automatically) but the more people that become conscious of the universal plan, the more acceleration is involved in this process. Yet I cannot do it alone. That is why I am always asking for everyone’s help in spreading this message.
